Types of food for your Children

Encourage your child to eat a variety of food types like whole grains, proteins, dairy, fruits, and vegetables.

- Our kids need to drink sufficient amount of water throughout the day.
Teach them to make it a habit to drink water instead of sugary drinks.

- Even natural fruit drinks are full of sugar and it's not advised to consume lots of it.

- Make sure your kid eats vegetable fat like almond, peanut butter, tahini, and olive oil.

- Try to avoid eating animal fat as much as possible.
It's better to make your children eat numerous amount of small-sized meals rather than eating a small amount of large-sized meals.

- Replace fried food with baked and well cooked.
